The standard penalty for hiring illegals is a fine. Those fines increase with the frequency of the offenses, and based on how many illegals you had working for you at the time. It's not an arrestable offense. But whether it is or not, it doesn't discount the fact the matter is out of the Presidents hands after that. He did his job by ordering or giving permissions to make the raids. That's where his responsibilities end.
