That's our law. That's out Constitution. You can dislike it and wish it was otherwise but it is not. Everyone gets due process. Do some abuse it? Yes, but that is still better than the alternative.

There IS NO DUE PROCESS, because the illegals (undetained after apprehension) don't show up in court. The whole thing was a farce under Obama, clearly designed to allow illegal immigration to happen, and stuff ballot boxes with illegal alien (illegal) VOTES.

The American people knew it, and elected Donald Trump more on the immigration issue than anything else. He won the electoral vote, and the popular vote of votes by AMERICANS.
