Former President Trump’s Save America PAC, which he launched after the 2020 presidential election to challenge the results and raise money for candidates he supports, paid $60,000 to a fashion designer known for styling former first lady Melania Trump, according to Federal Elections Commission (FEC) filings.

The filings show the PAC made four payments to Herve Pierre Braillard for “strategy consulting,” paying him $6,000 on April 7 and $18,000 on May 4, June 3 and June 24.

The House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol insurrection has criticized Save America PAC for raising millions of dollars for election fraud claims that it knew were false. People were encouraged to make donations for an election defense fund, but two former Trump aides testified before the committee that the fund did not exist and was a marketing tactic.

>YAWN!>

Former President Donald Trump's Save America political action committee, set up after the 2020 presidential election, gave thousands of dollars to former First Lady Melania Trump's stylist, USA Today reported.

The fund paid $60,000 to Hervé Pierre Braillard, who styled Melania for several years and worked with her to design a gown for inaugural balls, according to records filed with the Federal Elections Commission.

The fund made four payments in total. Save America PAC made a payment to Braillard of $6,000 in April of this year and three subsequent payments of $18,000 each in May and June.

Braillard, a French-American fashion designer, has also worked for Laura Bush, Hillary Clinton, and Michelle Obama.

The description of the transactions says the payments were made to Braillard for "strategy consulting."

Trump Begs Supporters to Donate for ‘Upcoming’ Lawsuit Against CNN

It’s been over a week since former President Donald Trump pledged that he would be filing a lawsuit against CNN. Yet, instead of court documents being filed, Trump appears to be more preoccupied with begging followers to send in money to “support” the so far non-existent legal action.

It was one of two CNN-inspired fundraising messages sent out. Last Wednesday, the former president threatened to sue the cable network and sent them a letter titled, “Notice of Intent to Bring Civil Action for Defamation.”

Trump touting a potential CNN lawsuit comes as the Republican National Committee has said they will stop paying the ex-president’s legal bills upon him declaring his candidacy for president. Neither CNN nor a Trump spokesperson returned The Daily Beast’s request for comment on Friday evening.

Come on, trumptards. Donate. Melania needs a new dress! :auiqs.jpg:
