The charges have a lot to do with why Bannon faced prosecution but Brennen and Clapper haven’t.

It’s incredibly hard to prove lying to Congress. The reason it is different is because the allegations and crimes are different. If one crime is extremely easy to prosecute, and one is extremely difficult to prosecute, only a moron would wonder why it seems like one is pursued and one isn’t.
