He may well be, but there is no such thing as you define "birth right" citizenship. Only the truly stupid think that the pre-eminent legal document in our history legalizes and illegality.
Kids born here didn't come illegally. There is no legalizing the ikkegal here.
The Supreme Court could address this issue where an illegal pops out an anchor baby. IMO The 14th Amendment never intended it for that purpose.

There are 30 other countries with birthright citizenship...including Canada. I don't know exactly what was intended, but it's clear how it's been interpreted for a very very long time. I'm fine with that. To me, this is not one of America's big problems. We have more important things to worry about imo.
Our Government can walk and chew gum at the same time. I'm not fine with it because the Amendment was never intended to be abused in this manner.
 
i think that the most important thing is for the TRUMP to start the fight on the 14th and then we see how things go as time , the months and years go by .
