That's if your an extremist. I find just as much issues with the stance "pro-choice without restrictions" as I do with "pro-life 100% of the time!" In the first trimester a woman should have a choice with her first abortion. In the 2nd and 3rd trimester, the right of the baby to life should trump the woman's right to privacy. There is nothing that says after the baby is born you need to keep in. In fact, in the US most babies get adopted before they are born. I have know a ton of couples that have adopted a baby that way. The mother hand picked the couple from a handful of choices. These mother's considered parent's age, income level, religion, where they lived, criminal background and many other aspects. A growing part industry is the open adoption (usually for the teenage mother). In these cases the biological mother has a part in the baby's life.

See in many of late term abortion cases the mother is lead to believe her choices are kill the baby or raise the baby themselves. The third option is interview couples and place your baby with the one you think will raise him/her best!
