US economy under Biden-Harris led the world in recovery from COVID

All countries were dealing with the same problems of post-pandemic inflation and high interest rates meant to combat it. But the U.S. managed to achieve solid growth in spite of those headwinds.

U.S. GDP looks to have grown 2.5% in 2023, according to the IMF's hot-off-the-presses World Economic Outlook, the highest among the G7 economies (Japan was second at 1.9%).

Again, yes, because each of the biggest states in the U.S shut down completely. California, New York etc. So they knew the rebound would look so good.

You then throw in record debt and all you have is a mirage. It's not sustainable, especially long term.

America has to get back to capitalism. All Western nations need to pay down the debt. Mining resources and selling them wouldn't be a bad idea. Perhaps 100 year T-bills and bonds, I don't know.

Total dupe, elmo.

Now a alleged 2.5% growth rate (which will promptly be revised downward in a couple months),
Or upward.

Like last quarter was.

And the quarter before that.

It really sucks you losers want to see America fail.

What’s remarkable is that this was accomplished even with unwarranted, wrongheaded Republican opposition.

In essence, yet another Republican economic mess was cleaned up by yet another Democratic administration.

Under Biden/Harris the USA has the worst record for dealing with COVID than any other country among the world's wealthiest/most developed nations.

Please document. I thought it was Trump who had to deal with COVID.
Trump dealt with it for roughly 10 months when nobody anywhere knew for sure how to deal with it. Biden/Harris has dealt with it for most of four years. And most media will not report the numbers.

Thanks to the policies of President Trump. Trump left Biden-Harris a solidly growing economy.

Third quarter 2020 up 33.4%.

Fourth quarter 2020 up 4.3%.

First quarter 2021 up 5.2%.
