We Are Now at the Peak of the Hurricane Season and It’s Dead Quite

Here's a pop quiz for you Dr Atmospheric Physicist: given the SST in the western Atlantic, what would this hurricane season look like if wind patterns hadn't created all that shear effect?
More to the point - your computer models were all wrong AGAIN.
Yet we’re supposed to destroy the economy because computer models designed by people with an agenda say what’s going to happen a hundred years from now when they can’t even come close to what’s going to happen in 100 days.

As it is cooler by 3.7 deg C than average, the storms would be weaker and less organized due to the lack of usable energy at the surface. It's called a thermal gradient Crick. The narrower the gradient, the less energy there is to drive the storm.

Correct;

Crick has no understanding of the thermal gradient. Between that narrow gradient and wind shear, these storms cannot form or organize well.

Look what you did! :scared1:

But will it survive the upper-level windshear... Not likely... Its already making a right hook so it is being influenced by that windshear.

AGW theory does _not_ predict more hurricanes.

Yet all deniers tell the lie that it does.

Why?

Because their cult orders them to lie. And if deniers know how to do one thing, it's obey.

Good thing Fiona is a girl's name ... or Puerto Rico would be in trouble ... again ...

I'm the one who said it's odd/even near unique.
And suggested possible reasons/differences.
ergo your post is non-responsive one-line shlt, as always.

If only we had a TWO-WAY Block button like Facebook to keep you and other garbage one-line/one-word quipsters out of threads, or at least seeing/responding to serious posts.
Go away shlt pile.

Unique how? I thought CO2 was the boogeyman. Did it magically stop working?

billy, they still don't understand barometric pressure. amazing. And they want to be called the science people.

wow, no hesitation with that big lie.
Can show us where AGW theory predicts more hurricanes? Go on, find it in, say, the IPCC reports.

If you're not a sad cult liar, destined to burn in hell for his loyal service to the Lord of Lies, that shouldn't be a problem.

If you are, you'll find an excuse to run now.

Please proceed. With the running, that is. You know, same as you always do.

So you admit you don’t possess the skills to look that up yourself!

Fuck ...

A typoon is making landfall in Alaska ... it's somewhat rare for remnant storms to bring hurricane force winds to the Barrings Strait ... does this count as a 65% chance for an above average hurricane season? ... or are we still in that 25% chance for a plain old average season? ... this and Bonnie and we've lost that 10% chance for a below average season I think ... but we're only half way today so ...

We'll count the ACE this winter and see how wrong the OP is then ...

That's not a prediction, dumbass. That's an observation.

Holy shit, you're stupid.
I figured you pivot away. here's another

What part of "an observation is not a prediction" is confusing you so?

This isn't complicated. A third grader could grasp it, but you can't. You shouldn't be bothering the grownups.
another pivot!!! it's all you got cat lady!! How many more can you shake off with some form of pivot. You are a spin fk

You looked at all the links did ya?

project and predict are the same thing cat woman.

I’m too busy building a concrete bunker for the category 6 hurricanes lined up to devastate the East coast. Any day now.

Looks like Hurricane Ian has murder on his mind ... Alabama better start their praying ... all God's judgements are righteous and true ...
