I think the lies that will haunt us the most in the future are the ones that led to the invasion and disastrous occupation of Iraq. But you can't blame it all on President Bush as the compliant media (they just wanted to get in-bed-with the military) and the Congress were all in for the most part.

What they're actually arguing is that the government could not guarantee that their private insurer wouldn't drop or change their insurance coverage.

They're actually arguing FOR socialism.

Private insurers could have simply grandfathered in people on the plans they have and then sent them letters saying what additional benefits they now qualify for in order to be compliant with the ACA.

But no, private insurers are actually dropping a couple million or so old plans and simply replacing them with updated ones that in many states are actually cheaper than the ones people had before.

This is all just more Republican faux outrage.

That's great, Boo...but how does your opposing the mandate make the lies that Harry, Barry and Nancy told to the American people over the past five years any more palatable? Liberals are now telling opponents of ObamaCare that since it is the "law" they need to just accept it and move on. Liberals have the nerve to make a statement like that after having lied repeatedly in order to GET that "law" passed in the first place! The millions of Americans that are currently receiving cancellation notices in the mail are just the first victims of ObamaCare! They won't be keeping their healthcare plan if they like...just like they won't necessarily be keeping their doctor if they like them. That was a lie ALSO as was the claim by Obama that the cost of health care for the average Middle Class family was going to go down on average about $2,500 a year. THAT is a huge lie! The Middle Class are now discovering that their insurance premiums are going up...not down.

Nothing was done to lower costs...all that took place was the burden of paying for subsidized health care was shifted to the Middle Class. There are going to be HOWLS of protest when America finally sees the true costs of ObamaCare and who it is that is expected to pay for it.
