30 days after China finally publicly informed the WHO of their outbreak Trump activated the CDC, stood up the Infectious disease commission, and initiated a China Travel Ban.

The Democrats opposed the Travel Ban, drafted legislation to strip Trump of the power to impose such bans, Joe Biden called the move xenophobic, and the Democrats made it clear they would NEVER HAVE IMPOSED THE LIFE-SAVING BAN HAD THEY BEEN IN POWER....and the virus would have spread much more and many, many more Americans would have died.
