There is some expense in the sensors and visual equipment needed for the wall being built. This will save a lot of gas and patrols of certain area of the border. These are expensive. It is noted that more stationary area for boarder patrol to work out of will be needed. Also I heard that cheaper choppers are going to be needed and they will need about 5 of these along the border and towers for TV cameras. It is not cheap and it is known some places do not need to have a wall do to the area is not passable on foot.
