What will you do when they arrest Trump ?

Once he declassified them, they weren’t classified. And his possession was not illegal. And he ain’t going to prison.

Snap out of it, dildo. 😂🤣
He cannot declassify TS information! He doesn't have the authority. Hey, this is America. We are not run by dictators! God-dammit, why can't you do your homework before trying to debate this subject?

"CNN legal analyst disputes media hype, says Trump has BROAD authority to declassify material

A CNN legal analyst last night threw cold water on all the media hype surrounding Trump having classified material at his home in Mar-a-lago.

Elie Honig said that when it comes to declassifying material as president, Trump had broad authority to declassify material and there’s nothing in the Constitution that says how he must do it.

In other words, Honig believes the Supreme Court would side with Trump if this were to be litigated.

.... Trump doesn’t have to follow that process because the Constitution doesn’t require him to do so."

Says you, dildo.

He can’t today. But when he was President, he could.

Do your own homework. The President is the chief executive. Who the hell are you to assume you can declare that he doesn’t have that unilateral authority? :cuckoo:

You’re a dope.

Where in the Constitution does it say he can declassify material? BTW, over 300 documents were not declassified.

How retarded are you?? There's nothing at all in the Constitution regarding top secret documents. How they can be handled legally is entirely up to law and Executive Orders.

The President is not a dictator. He doesn't have absolute power. Read the Espianage Act, you stupid POS!

If you are so concerned with the Constitution.......why do you vote for this????
Under Democrat/Liberal LBJ, the law was passed that deprived pastors 2of their right of free speech.
What possible compelling government interest could this represent????

The 1954 federal Johnson Amendment prohibits a pastor from talking about candidates from the pulpit in light of Scripture. Thus, based on what a pastor says about an election from the pulpit, the tax code allows the government to tax a church. Consider that in light of the Internal Revenue Service's increasingly vague regulations, and you have a recipe for the censorship of religion. The IRS, through those vague regulations, reserves for itself tremendous discretion and power to decide which churches to punish for violations of the Johnson Amendment and which not to punish.”
Why don't churches pay taxes?

Any reading of the first amendment will prove this to be unconstitutional.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

"My Administration is also defending religious liberty, and that includes the Constitutional right to pray in public schools. In America, we do not punish prayer. We do not tear down crosses. We do not ban symbols of faith. We do not muzzle preachers and pastors. In America, we celebrate faith. We cherish religion. We lift our voices in prayer, and we raise our sights to the Glory of God!"

Actually based on how Trump declassified information, he violated the office in order to do so. Effectively Trump committed an impeachable offense by declassifying information without telling the intelligence community, he was declassifying it.

As you pointed out, the president has complete authority to declassify, but like Spiderman, with great power, comes great responsibility. The only way to stop a rogue president from declassifying anything and everything, is by taking that power from him via impeachment, and conviction.

And that can't happen if the president keeps the declassification Top Secret.
