What will you do when they arrest Trump ?

The Constitution says nothing about declassifying documents!

Are you claiming to be on the same level as the CNN legal expert????

"CNN legal analyst disputes media hype, says Trump has BROAD authority to declassify material

A CNN legal analyst last night threw cold water on all the media hype surrounding Trump having classified material at his home in Mar-a-lago.

Elie Honig said that when it comes to declassifying material as president, Trump had broad authority to declassify material and there’s nothing in the Constitution that says how he must do it.

In other words, Honig believes the Supreme Court would side with Trump if this were to be litigated.

.... Trump doesn’t have to follow that process because the Constitution doesn’t require him to do so."

I cite it not because The NY Times has any particular claim of actual expertise in this field, but because even they recognize that the President is the ultimate authority.

The US Supreme Court recognized the presidents authority in Marbury v Madison. And basically said that since the ministerial acts needed to deliver Marbury's commission had not been completed, the presidents act became null, and had no force in law.

Why do you insist on bleating like a retarded Billy goat about things you don’t grasp.

Of course you’ve long since established that you are disdainful of the truth and have no concern about looking like the retarded dildo you are.

Id. But, again, ministerial tasks and procedures cannot dictate to a President. What he says, as the ultimate authority, is the rule. Period. Others absolutely should comply with the various administrative procedures. But the President himself? Please. The notion is silly on its face.
I get it, you want an absolute ruler! Like they have in China, Russia and North Korea. But guess what, fuckhead, THIS IS AMERICA! We don't elect dictators. Sorry!

Apparently you misunderstood, the difference between having broad authority, and using it.

Trump had it, but he never used it, because he failed to tell the proper authorities to carry out the ministerial acts needed to formally declassify any of the documents.

Will you respect the work of keeping America secure from traitors ?
or
Will you polish up your guns and kill some cops ?
or
Will you squat on your couch , watch Fox and burble about Hillary,Hunter and stuff ?

You havent got long to think about this.
LOL. Haven't you guys been asking this question for six years now? Does it tell you anything that even Liz Cheney herself is thinking about running for president because she already knows that Trump will NOT be arrested and will be running himself? Shouldn't that be a clue to you?

This is even better than the question of if a tree falls in the forest, and there's nobody to hear it, does it still make a noise.

If the president makes a proclamation, and there is nobody to hear it, is it still a presidential proclamation?

Its an imperial power. Its lucky that trump is an honest man and has the wisdom of Solomon. You would worry about this iif a lesser mortal was involved.

Actually, NO. The documents remain classified, until they are formally declassified.

Actually, that’s ^ bullshit. They are declassified instantaneously. The only thing is that people who have not yet learned of the declassification won’t yet know that it’s been declassified.
It's no different than a bill doesn't become a law when the president sign it. A bill becomes law when the president signs it, and returns it to congress, and it's put into the congressional record.
It is very different. And you’re wrong, anyway.

A bill passed by Congress DOES become a law upon the signing by the President. The notification to Congress simply enters that approval on the record. But it’s a law at the instant of signing, anyway.
