GUYS You cannot forgive Student Loans as they are Monetized. back during 2008 time frame,,,Treasuries were not paying enough to keep pension funds, banks, hedge funds, Insurance companies afloat, so they monetized Student Loans into a vehicle called a SLABS ( Student Loan Asset Backed Security). They paid 6% interest and were guaranteed by the fed. Only the big boys can buy SLABS like Goldman. Those student loans are bankrolling half the economy.
