I have read the bill, and it does not.

When the idea of dropping the filibuster was raised, I said it was a terrible idea. HR1 is worth busting the filibuster. Only rabid anti-american losers could possibly be against voters rights legislation.

Id and signature are taken at registration, and mail in ballots are always signed and checked. It does not go against the constitution.
