True, but the far right Repubs need to be able to tell their voters they tried. So, we will have to have a shutdown for a few weeks so they can say they tried.
Nobody is far right in Congress. Those people considered far right want the Constitution adhered to. That makes them Americans.

Sure, if you will agree the Big 3 automakers caused the strike refusing the UAW demands.
From d0gbreath 's link above...

"The controversial immigration provisions and reduced spending levels make it all but guaranteed to die in the Democratic-led Senate..."

Aren't you the fake independent that pretends to care about spending?

"The bill would cut domestic spending by 8% with exceptions for the military and veterans funding.

It includes most of the Secure the Border Act of 2023, a wish list of immigration provisions for GOP hard-liners, with the exception of provisions requiring employers to use E-Verify to check immigration status. The legislation has been a big priority for Freedom Caucus members. And while it passed the House in May, the Senate has ignored it."

Explain the problem?

Is that a yes or a no?

For a year you've lied about caring about spending...and now you're caught.

Third substantial lie...yerrrr out!

I've never claimed to be an Independent, fake, or otherwise.
Reps are goofy, Senators know what's up.

Because it has not a single thing to do with this thread about the Continuing Resolution...the thread that YOU start

It has everything to do with the question you asked.

Why are you dodging the fact that you are opposing spending cuts when you have pretended for years to be opposed to spending???

What I support or oppose is not relevant as I am not one of the people that will be voting on the CR
