There is some process to challenge SC rulings. They need to do that.

That process is called a constitutional amendment.

That is one way of doing it but a better way is for trump to simply say "laws written by courts are not valid as per the constitution, and will not be enforced".

Is there really such as thing as illegal anymore ? I mean, this country has been attacking weaker countries for decades now for corporate profit, and yet hasn't declared war like the constitution says it has to. Maybe this sets a precedent for illegals not being illegal anymore. It would give republican posters one less crying point on political forums, granted. I would. However; going back to the OP, banning illegal immigrants from our school once they are here isn't currently the law according to the supreme court.

They passed such a law in California, and the courts overrulled them. I don't recall whether it went all the way to the SC.

Maybe it's about time that it does.

For the most part, schools are funded locally by taxpayers. Shouldn't it be up to local taxpayers who is allowed to attend the school THEY are paying for?

Nobody should have the right to force me to pay into a school system that caters to children of law breakers.

Yes, because illegal kids (for which I blame the parents, not them) use up educational resources that could be used on American citizens. Hell, our liberal schools are fucked up enough that banning illegals from them may actually be doing them a favor.

More kids in school equals more students in class.
