Now, I live in a lily-white suburb and I make good money and I could just sit back and relax, but I know that in the long term, this isn't good for the country. These problems need to be fixed... and they won't be fixed with guns and prisons.

That's kind of like saying you are against cruelty to animals when you are chomping down on a steak, bud. No, you didn't PERSONALLY oppress anyone... you don't have the power to do that. I've found the information I was looking for in a local newspaper.

The executed found Jesus, so I am relieved to hear that.

Also, he admitted to murdering his daughter, something I didn't know until earlier today.

So 20 years really was wasted, it appears, on someone who should have been executed a long time ago (if you think that people who commit one murder should be executed. I tend to think otherwise. Some people are rehabilitate-able, or so you'd think. Plus, we need to give people time, as God always does, to repent).

In any case, I am glad we never had to find out the hard way that he wouldn't kill again, so.. .again, not crying over this execution (a lot of people protested outside the place of execution, but I have better things to do.. like protest outside baby murdering "clinics") .

As an aside: The guy, years ago, after leaving the hosp where his child was pronounced dead, suggested to his wife that they have another child! (She was probably crying..)

I know a very poor person who became even poorer. The person never stole because .. Christian beliefs is what is mostly to credit. This person found other ways to make it. So if one person can do it, why not others?
