That's the thing. Women aren't into "sure fire." They tend to be more patient when seeking revenge. They may not be caught using a method of murder that only succeeds in killing with a low probability. If it's not something obviously illegal, they can just try again. Keep "rolling the dice" so to speak and "high-risking" the victim to death by subtly encouraging, promoting, or compelling near-accidents and accidents.
