If you know it's a child with a toy, but as we both know, neither officer knew that. As far as the officer could tell, it was somebody drawing a gun on him and he only had a fraction of a second to react.
Is there something ironic about a guy with an AVI of a guy holding a gun in someone's face complaining saying it's cool to shoot someone because they had something that looked like a gun.
Again- gun wasn't out or visible, and he didn't take the time to evaluate the situation...
Hey, want to see how you evaluate a situation like that?
The first one with a white guy- Handled him professionally without shooting him.
Second one with a black guy. Handled him professionally without shooting him, but still kind of racist.
The jury would have decided not guilty no matter what the evidence was. He was a celebrity and that about guaranteed his freedom. I'm sure he'll have a price to pay after his death.
No, nothing happens to you after you die. Get over yourself.
The fact that the gloves didn't fit, that Fuhrman lied about using racial epitaths, that Dr. Fung lied about custody of evidence, was what got him off.
That and he had a defense team that actually TRIED. Most of the people in prison didn't have good lawyers.
If every defendant had a "Dream Team', we'd have empty prisons.
