The implication is that he could have gotten killed simply because he was black, and not because of sudden moves, disobeying orders, or fighting with the police which is so common in police shootings of black men.

Now why don't you find me a similar video, only this time, a white guy dressed like a biker in a lower income area; perhaps the projects or something, and see if that white guy gets the same treatment as the clean cut white guy likely filmed in the lower crime suburbs.

The fact is police officers are more likely to be shot and killed by blacks than whites, and they are well aware of those statistics. Police are killed slightly more by whites than blacks, however blacks are only one-fifth of the population as whites.

Police treat black people here differently than they treated whites 30 years ago. Why? Because 30 years ago, we had one murder every 15 years or so. After blacks moved in, it now averages 3 a year or more.

So because more violent crime naturally happens when blacks are living in an area, police need to take more protective steps when addressing motorists and suspects.

Actually, the vast majority of cops are good guys who don't want to murder people. The problem is, you have guys like Loehmann, Van Dyke, Wilson and others who do and the police departments don't get rid of them until AFTER they kill someone.
