Brain...they aren't keeping gun criminals in jail..they let them out..they use gun crimes as bargaining chips.......we had 3 shooters shoot up a park...two of them had just gotten out of prison on weapons charges, sentenced to 3 years in prison, they were diverted to boot camps and were out in 18 months...and not 30 days later shot up a park and killed people....
Our jails need to be filled with violent criminals....that stops gun crime....
