Ironically, it was the admin's failure to properly handle US citizens returning from China that lead to the community transmission of the virus on the west coast.

How do you begin testing for something that has never been seen before, when China (the epicenter) refuses to share info except for false data / propaganda, and you don't know key information such as how it spreads. I read a great interview with one f the doctors at the CDC yesterday, and in the interview he said many people do not understand how difficult it is and how long it takes to develop testing for such a virus and even longer to develop and get out a vaccine.

THINK - what you and others seems to be asking is why didn't the United States have millions of COVID-19 test kits pre-positioned in large quantities all over the country....REALLY?
