Apparently, there's quite a bit to tie Manafort to Russia, though. Hence the warrant, and the coming criminal indictment.

But no - Trump still lied when he claimed that he was wiretapped, because he wasn't. Manafort was - a wiretap that they got back in 2014.

It still remains to be seen whether the tap existed during the time Manafort was part of Trump's campaign.
