BREAKING: Supreme Court rules Trump is entitled to some immunity in Jan. 6 case

Supreme Court said they couldn't be used to testify.
That’s not what they ruled you idiot. The Supreme Court was ruling on official acts.

Murdering political a political opponent running against you is not an official act you moron.

It's all official acts if no one can testify.

A citizen is a citizen and we have already set that standard. The president can assassinate a citizen simply based upon their word.

It is not murder if the POTUS orders it, just ask Abdulrahman Anwar al-Awlaki
Was he a candidate seeking to defeat a president in an election?

A president has not been given a pass to murder a candidate seeking to defeat him in an election. Only an idiot thinks otherwise.

so, it is ok for the POTUS to order the death of an American citizen as long as they are not a candidate.

Got it.

That is just so much better!

Only a true idiot believes that a president now has the go ahead to kill a candidate running against him. Murdering a candidate seeking to defeat him in an election can not be portrayed as an “official act.”

The founders of the nation addressed this when crafting the U.S. constitution. They addressed this in the Federalist Papers. A president should not be hampered from doing his job by being continually prosecuted for conducting official functions.

Of course not but violating a citizens Constitutional Due Process rights should never be an official function.

The court could have fixed that but whiffed.

It’s not the court’s function to create new law. If this is a real problem, the legislative branch is responsible to fix it.

Who knew that NOT violating a citizens Constitutional Due Process rights is a new law.

There might be a polling average you have to be above to be safe

Banana Republic crimes aren't a crime in a Constitutional Republic. All the bullshit against Trump that leftists threw at him is going away. He will be the next president. The Supreme court did say crimes though if he was conducting official duties.

Trump was already found guilty of committing crimes. You shaking your walker at the sky isn't going to change that. Crimes are not official actions. Reimbursing a private attorney for private services from before Trump wasveven president are also not official presidential actions.
