Bye, bye... evil inspired mandate

Eliminate the ability for the courts to try frivolous lawsuits

why is it ok to force a person/organization to provide a service or a product to someone who has no way to pay for it.

How would you like it if the government came to the 7/11 you are working at and told you that you had to give food to the hungry even if they had no money to pay for it?

fucking communist.

socialized medicine makes healthcare prices too high, they never used to be that way..

What is more socialist than forcing an individual/organization to provide a service/product they know they will not get paid for? Why are you ok with this happening?
I don’t expect anyone else to pay for my shit, no excuses.
Paying for shit that might happen makes no sense, and insurance is like throwing money away.

What you expect is not relevant, what is relevant is that you support people being forced to provide a service/product that they know cannot be paid for.
Free market competition nationwide...

There is no true free market when people are mandated by law to give a product/service to someone who cannot pay for it.

The concept of insurance(paying into a pool) is a born failure, because there is a 100% chance it will abused 100% of the time.
And even worse with the federal government Delegating/controlling the whole thing, that’s all. Kinds of fucked up. Lol

You pay into a pool for a lot of things you never use, why not start crying about them also? You pay into a pool for roads you have never driven on, for fire protection you have never used, and on an on.

I think you are very selective in what you whine about.
Lol
Irrelevant, that’s not hundreds/thousands of dollars a Month for something that most will not benefit from
The federal government disregards the 10th amendment, the states should have much more pull. Live in the state that suits you..l

Eliminate the ability for the courts to try frivolous lawsuits

You want to take away people's rights to sue? You are turning out to be more of a communist with each post.
Ya, making millions for spilling hot coffee on ones self and the like. The list is miles and miles long of all the stupid shit won in the courts from some fucked in the head bleeding heart shit eating progressive judge...

Actually, the McDonald's Coffee case was a correct ruling. McDonald's had years of warning that their coffee was too hot for human consumption and did nothing about it.

"Know the Facts:" Resources for Consumers

The coffee was not just “hot,” but dangerously hot. McDonald’s corporate policy was to serve it at a temperature that could cause serious burns in seconds. Mrs. Liebeck’s injuries were far from frivolous. She was wearing sweatpants that absorbed the coffee and kept it against her skin. She suffered third-degree burns (the most serious kind) and required skin grafts on her inner thighs and elsewhere.

Liebeck’s case was far from an isolated event. McDonald’s had received more than 700 previous reports of injury from its coffee, including reports of third-degree burns, and had paid settlements in some cases.

Mrs. Liebeck offered to settle the case for $20,000 to cover her medical expenses and lost income. But McDonald’s never offered more than $800, so the case went to trial. The jury found Mrs. Liebeck to be partially at fault for her injuries, reducing the compensation for her injuries accordingly. But the jury’s punitive damages award made headlines — upset by McDonald’s unwillingness to correct a policy despite hundreds of people suffering injuries, they awarded Liebeck the equivalent of two days’ worth of revenue from coffee sales for the restaurant chain. That wasn’t, however, the end of it. The original punitive damage award was ultimately reduced by more than 80 percent by the judge. And, to avoid what likely would have been years of appeals, Mrs. Liebeck and McDonald’s later reached a confidential settlement.

You progressives should just keep that shit to yourself PaY into your little pool, leave the rest of us out of your fucked up Collective.
It really does not require our participation, Because really it’s not about healthcare it’s really all about control.

Again, get back to me after you try to get an insurance company to pay for something after they've collected their money and they decide they don't have to.

You are the one that is ok with forcing others to provide a service/product that cannot be paid for. I think all your socialist talk is just to hide your true communist feelings

Well first of all if I was stupid enough to spill hot coffee on my lap I certainly would not sue anybody over it and I certainly would not bring it to national attention. I’d feel like a fucking dumbass and I would’ve shut my fucking mouth out of embarrassment. That’s the problem, there’s no personal responsibility for absolute fuck ups with these fucking progressive shit bags

I will never buy insurance, I don’t like throwing money away

I don't think anyone would expect that if they spilled coffee on themselves, it would be hot enough to inflict third degree burns. Just like we don't expect to find metal shavings in our milk.

It's incumbent on the provider to make sure their product is safe, not on the person using it to treat everything like a potential threat.

McDonald's had 800 previous incidents of people being burned by their coffee. They knew there was a problem, they didn't fix it.

So, if you do in fact agree it is wrong to force someone to buy a product they do not want, do you also agree is wrong to force someone to provide a service/product to someone who cannot afford to pay for it?

What the fk does that mean?

Nonsense

Well let me type really slow for you, then maybe you will understand.

Now, the first part of my sentence was dealing with the mandate that the new tax bill got rid of. We all agree that it is just wrong to force people to buy a product they do not wish to buy.

The second part of my sentence is dealing with the laws in the US that mandate that ER/Hospitals provide care even to those who have no insurance and no ability to pay for the service they are receiving.

So, my question is why is it wrong to force someone to buy a product they do not want to buy, why is it also not wrong to force a person/organization to provide a service or a product to someone who has no way to pay for it.

How would you like it if the government came to the 7/11 you are working at and told you that you had to give food to the hungry even if they had no money to pay for it?
Lower prices by getting rid of frivolous lawsuits, unnecessary regulations and Mandatory insurance…

socialized medicine makes healthcare prices too high, they never used to be that way..

Is that why socialized medicine is so cheap in Canada and England compared to ours?

It is so cheap because the government makes sure it is illegal to jack up prices for the hell of it 10, 100 or 1,000 times. Also everyone can get this medicine without going deep into fucking debt.

If I had my way we'd have single payer as it is so much better in every fucking way.

No one is forcing anybody to drink McDonald’s coffee, that stupid bitch should have taken responsibility for her actions shes the one that spilled coffee on herself. McDonald’s didn’t.
It’s like falling on the sidewalk in front of the local store for whatever reason, fuck no I would not sue anybody I would consider 100 percent my fault and I was a dumbass for falling down fuck these frivolous lawsuits - political correctness is for fucking pussies.

No free market competition, frivolous lawsuits, fucked up regulations and too much government control along with endless paperwork are the reasons for the outrageous prices,..

Well, regulations and the hybrid economy is the most successful system of economics on this planet. Normally nations that don't use it are piss poor and backwards...Of course, that is what you would choose over something that works for the betterment of its own people...as you're backwards and idiotic.
