Bye, bye... evil inspired mandate

Na, I pay for my shit out of pocket I don’t expect some fucked up collective to pay for my shit

But yet you still support that law that mandates others to provide a service/product that cannot be paid for. So you are not only a communist you are also a hypocrite.
I have no sympathy for insurance companies, The vast majority of people never use insurance but yet insurance companies get to keep the premiums… That’s fucked up.

I am talking about doctors and Hospitals and ERs that must provide products and services knowing they will never get paid. Why are you ok with them being mandated to do that?
they will get paid, that is a fallacy you created.

Not by the person receiving the product/service, and often not at all. Trust me, I have a wife who is a Critical Care nurse at a hospital, they lose hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to people who cannot pay, and will never pay. All that happens is those that do pay, pay more to make up for the morons that think they do not need insurance.
all of that money is recouped by the state. And is recaptured in the prices they charge those with insurance. I went in to the emergency room this past August to get seven stitches in my left thumb, I was in the emergency facility for no longer than 35 minutes and they charged me 4,500 dollars. Don't give that crap. No one person saw me for longer than ten minutes. Not one. that's fked up. My wife broke her foot a month later and we revisited that emergency room. her charges were 5,000 dollars for one hour. And again, no one person saw her for more than 10 minutes and her entire room time was less than 20 minutes. fked up let me tell ya.

And this is with the mandate and obummerfail active. so I call bullshit.

The child tax credit doesn't force you to have a child, but it penalizes you now $2000/per year in higher taxes if you don't.
What's the difference between that and the health ins. mandate?
how's that so? your deductions would be different. right? you wouldn't claim a dependent you didn't have? your out of pocket expenses are much much different than families with kids. you're one confused human.

Free market competition nationwide...

There is no true free market when people are mandated by law to give a product/service to someone who cannot pay for it.
who is that by the way.

doctors and Hospitals and ERs that are mandated by law to provide products and services knowing they will never get paid
they signed on a dotted line to that. just like the military to serve our country. that comes with the job. that isn't forced, that is the description of the job. Don't like it, find another job.

You are such a hypocrite. It is the end of the fucking world when the evil government forces someone to buy something they do not want but it is all cool for them force someone to provide a service for free.

There is just no way to deal with hypocrites like you, so just go away I am done talking to you.
again, no one is forcing anyone in the profession, that person can leave the profession. that isn't forced if there is an out. The mandate had no out. none, zip, so excuse me while I call out your bullshit.

OK Republicans....you got what you wanted

You repealed the hated mandate, but you still force insurers to cover pre-existing conditions

Insurance companies will now have to raise rates on those with insurance or else drop out of the market decreasing competition.
Without a mandate and with insurers required to cover people with pre-existing conditions, people can now wait till they become sick and then demand insurance

What do you do now Republicans?
You break it....you bought it

Well, $6 for a razor blade 10$ for a little bag of cotton balls, etc... is a bit overboard.
The Itemized bill for my daughters birth pretty much says it all… LOL
They do make up for it by charging outrageous amounts knowing that insurance will pay, because no one looks at that itemized bill because insurance is a bubble.

If there was a real strict cap on frivolous lawsuits they would not have to have liability insurance that costs so much.

So, you are smart enough to know that you are actually paying for those that do not have the ability to pay and are too stupid to buy insurance. That is a step in the right direction.

Would you be ok with the government made the 7/11 you work out give out free food to anyone that claimed to be hungry?
Free-market would solve a lot of this of course the government would lose control. It’s like what Walmart did with eyeglasses they pretty much put all these outrageous eye doctors out of business. Lol

None of this address your blatant hypocrisy of being against people being forced to by a product but fully supporting people being forced to provide a product that cannot be paid for.

All of you partisan hacks from both sides are just one big bag of shity hypocrisy.
again, bullshit, the professional doesn't have to be one. that therefore removes your tag of forced. No one is holding a threat over them. No one. They can walk right out the door and bag groceries without any repercussion. The mandate was either you get insurance or pay a fine. no out, there was a threat, and it was punishable.

It's exactly the same. The so-called mandate made your health insurance a tax DEDUCTION/CREDIT. If you didn't want to have health insurance, you didn't get the credit.

Remember, the so-called penalty was ruled a TAX by the court.

Why don’t people pay for their own shit?
The easiest thing in the world is spend less than you have...
the hypocrisy is thinking we live in a free country that is mostly socialist, all socialist entitlement programs should be abolished.

The so-called mandate was nothing more than a tax break for people who chose to acquire health insurance.
Na, it was made to fail to bring in single payer. Single payer is all about total control

The concept of insurance(paying into a pool) is a fucked up one, always has been.
There is 100% chance that it will be abused 100% of the time...
Doctors have to carry malpractice insurance to protect them from frivolous lawsuits, and bat shit crazy regulations add Cost exponentially on top of everything else...

WTF!!! The child tax credit doesn't force you to have a child...guess thats why you don't get it if you don't have a child. As far as a penalty, that's just stupid talk. So in your tiny brain, if you don't have a mortgage deduction they penalize you?

Does the mandate force you to buy healthcare, or does it simply deny you the tax credit if you don't.

Try to answer directly and honestly for once.

The mandate makes people acquire something that is unconstitutional
