They were allowed to pray on site. They even had a special room for it and the Muslims were allowed to take breaks for their prayers.. But of course they were not happy because they are never happy and so they walked off the job. They weren't even fired for praying, they were fired because they walked out and did not show up for work more than 3 days. They should've been fired after first day.

Can't just stop a factory full of meat without someone to take their place at prayer time. Irresponsible and not the job for them.

If it was plowing the streets during a snow storm they could not just stop and got to prayers, nor in the middle of a shift in the ER.
