the RCC is a false religion. Your works won't save you. The sacraments won't save you. The popes won't save you. Mary won't save you.
All religions are false, including all of Christianity, as there's nothing to be 'saved' from.

Your threads succeed in only exhibiting the ignorance, hate, and arrogance inherent in your faith, demonstrating that religion is indeed the bane of humankind.

nope, true Christianity isn't and btw this thread is talking about the RCC.

Apparently what happened was the apostles and early church fathers never said the mass, never celebrated the Eucharist, or if they did it was not as Jesus made clear in John 6 and elsewhere?

Apparently the early Church was sola fide and all these exhortations of charity to your fellow man and obedience to the teachings of Christ were fluff? All that mattered was believe in Jesus as your Savior and you could go on as you please engaging in any pleasure you wished and ignoring all that is in the Bible about conduct because, after all, you will be clothed in purity when you die and brought into the kingdom immediately.

Apparently, all those who never knew Jesus in foreign lands, but were good caregivers to their own kind are doomed? --- because they are not “born again?”

Apparently this so-called “church” of Rome somehow got it right in determining which books were Holy Spirit inspired and which were not and they gave us the bible in the 4th century? But prior to that this so-called “church” was doing everything else all wrong? Praying to Mary, believing in the Eucharist, praying for the dead, and all that? And after they gave us the Bible then we, “this so-called church,” immediately resorted back to being heretics?

Apparently, God did not care about those faithful to Jesus for the first 1500 years after Christ’s resurrection and let them wander into idolatry and other matters that were reprehensible to Him? It was only when Luther and Calvin showed up that God found it the proper time to give his message for salvation? Apparently? The fact 1,000 divisions amongst those “new creatures dogmas” has occurred since is notwithstanding?

And all those fantastically blessed saints like St. Francis, St. Thomas Acquinas, St. John Vianney, Teresa of Avila, St. Anthony of Padua, St. Benedict, St. Faustina whose diary of her vists from Jesus that bleeds the mercy of Christ upon the world, Padre Pio the stigmatist, St. Catherine of Siena who lived on only the Holy Eucharist the last four years of her life, St. Joan of Arc who received the voices of God daily and at 17 lead the French armies over the English then died as a heretic burned at the stake, all those healings at Lourdes after young Bernadette witnessed the Virgin Mary instructing her to dig for a miraculous healing spring she must have been witness to a malevolent apparition---- because apparently these saints were not blessed at all, but mere Catholic liars used by the evil one to lead us away from God?

So apparently ninja is the wise one and we Catholics have been wandering fools for 2000 years, surely not Christians?

I might consider his bold "theology" if only he could answer a thousand questions, many directly from Scripture, first? He hasn't hitherto.

too many strawmen, the RCC didn't give us the Bible, God did via the Holy Spirit. Praying to the dead, Mary and Purgatory are all false teachings passed down from the RCC. If you would read your Bible in context you would see that they are wrong. The whole purpose of RC'ism is dependence on sinful men (priests) to use sacraments to control the masses and to bring in money.

Listen. I will pray for your soul. I do pity you. But I will tell you this as well if you have the wherewithal within your being to bear it ---- you are playing the fool. And "fool" in the Bible is a scary condition. You have no love inside of you, you are a noisy gong not doing anything to unite the body of Christ. I hate to be so antagonistic myself, but in the present you deserve admonishment and rebuke, not an embrace.

(Catholic Facts, 27)"Catholic controversialists soon proved to the Protestants that to be logical and consistent they must admit unwritten tradition." (Catholic Encyclopedia, Vol. XV, p. 7)

Irrefutable questions that Roman Catholics can t answer

I've noticed that a great many Christians tend to have absolutely no respect for other religions.

And they complain when Muslims behead them.

Grin. I can answer many of those questions without even doing any research. The others can be answered with a little research. Just out of curiosity, Ninja, do you believe the moon landings were false? The rhetoric strikes me as much the same.

There is a lot of ignorance out on the Internet. It seems as though you have stumbled into a gold mine. What I find sad is that if you were truly interested in Catholicism, or comparing and contrasting early Christian practices to practices Reformers put into place 1500 years later, there are many of us who would be happy to assist and have that conversation. As it is--with this and other threads--it's kind of fascinating to see just how long you can keep up shadowboxing with yourself.

Come on out of the shadows and into the light! Or, at the very least, stop telling us what we believe, and ask us (and listen to) what we believe. I think you might be amazed by what actual Catholics tell you as compared to what ignorant, hate sites seem to be brainwashing you with.

Salvation in a nutshell: Christ did not come to condemn the world, but came so everyone might have life and have it more abundantly. God's will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Repentance for the forgiveness of sins.

Turzovka, I'm saved by the blood, I don't want prayers of an unbeliever.

You are also the biggest coward on this board. Merriweather and others can attest to that.

Don't worry, since you have no interest in actual discourse I will not be bothering you. Go play your fool's game. You are a noisy gong and you are not doing the Lord a good service. (imo) No wonder no one listens to Christians when they have haughty blowhards like you in their face.

how are they ignorant hate sites? Why not take one thing from any of those articles and tell me why it is false? Shouldn't be hard to do, right?
