Yes, 9 members of the Biden Family received income and a return of capital on numberous overseas investments in 3 different countries. NONE of which is illegal. All of this income was reported, declared and taxes were paid on it.

It is normal to incorporate "shell corporations" for international investments, and to incorporate a different shell company for reach investment you make and/or every country where you're making investments. So 20 corporations for 9 individuals investing in 3 different countries is actually a low number of pass-through entities for this many people.

There is absolutely nothing improper or illegal that Republicans have uncovered here.
