I imagine that FBI James Comey would prefer to be in Hillary Clinton's shoes right now--LOL Here he was blasting her for breaking protocol. He has spent the last year reading her emails, and everything he has been looking for on her, he just did in one single brain fart, and now he'll be the one that gets investigated. And they actually have the evidence to prosecute. His letter, and that email he sent to his aids.

Coming from a liberal tool trying to interpret the law, that's priceless. Harry Reid, nor you, are lawyers. Ironically, the Hatch Act was passed in response to Democratic politicians using members of the Work Progress Administration to help influence the 1938 congressional election.

As far as I know, Comey hasn't been campaigning for or donating to a political campaigns, running for any office as a federal employee, or using any form of media to solicit votes or donations to himself or to a political party.

So, how did Comey violate the Hatch Act? Be specific.
