So how does $6 trillion in new debt count as "cutting spending"? Maybe that's why he's ignoring them?

You can't even point to an honest example of him cutting spending, all you have is a fake budget that raises taxes and reduces the spending increases over time. Cutting spending is accomplished by spending less than you did, not by spending less than you want.
