Sorry, children. It's time to make it harder to get your shiny, dangerous toys. Too many loonies out there. Every week now.

The "GOOD GUY WITH A GUN" at Walmart ended up in the hospital in Las Vegas. SO there goes that Wayne LaPierre bullshit myth.

Bullshit. All across America today people have been run over and in car crashes. Should we make it harder to get those very shiny and dangerous toys called the automobile?

Of course not. Only whack jobs like yourself want to strip law abiding citizens of their rights to own a gun.

Tsk, tiresome, stupid argument.

Do you really think the truck driver who smashed into Tracy Morgan's vehicle a couple of nights ago on the NJ Turnpike did this because he was pissed off at Tracy Morgan? Really?

No, he hadn't slept in over 24 hours. That's why it happened.

So using your logic and applying it to the Las Vegas shooting, Jerad Miller just had some really bad insomnia going on and that's why he shot those cops?

Do you understand the meaning of intent?

Get your tiny head out of your ass and hand that stupid argument to one of your neanderthals on a different thread.

Murders are at an all time LOW. And the intent of the 150 million or so law abiding citizens that own firearms is not to shoot anyone. Did you think you had a point? Further the man in the shooting was legally barred from owning possessing or using a firearm, remind me how THAT law worked out?

Wow arent you the fucking martyr. Remind me how you are solving this problem. Are you hanging around school yards in a trench coat waiting for bad guys to show up?

Live out your sick school yard fantasies somewhere else.

I'm not the one pretending to be Florence Nightingale, Mary.
You now have reached the point you always do: when confronted with facts refuting your stupid arguments you flail into irrelevance and insults.

Lol! Facts he says. Point out your "facts".

Spin the data any way you want but there has been 74 school shooting in the past 77 weeks.

Not 74 chemical bombings, not 74 stabbings, not 74 bows and arrows, not 74 hatchet attacks. The common denominator (do I need to define that term for you?) is guns.

If you Ammo-sexuals want to keep, sleep with and insert your guns into your privates because I really think it's that sick, then figure out a way to stop this epidemic.

This data tells me that the parents of these kids are pretty much out of touch with their kids, so start with them. Do something besides shoving the 2nd Amendment in my face.

Its funny most people like rightwinger are critical about the war on drugs seeing how ineffective that is but wants the same type of laws against guns. Its funny but also its really sad

For most crimes, laws propose to punish the criminal, to provide a deterrent effect.

But with these mass murders, the shooter usually intends to die while committing his crime, so such laws obviously have no effect.

So why do the gun-haters keep proposing such laws for these mass murders, knowing they won't have any effect?

Oh, great logic civics-whiz-kid. Stick to mulitiple choice questions.
Perhaps if the shooter couldn't get his hands on guns in the first place, NOBODY WOULD DIE. Get it?

Cocaine is illegal in every city in the US. In what city can you not purchase cocaine?
If you make guns illegal in every city in the US, in what city will you not be able to purchase a gun?
AAs usual, you fail on simple commonsense grounds. Libs push solutions that are grounded in unicorn farts and fairy dust.

I don't care. You shouldn't be able to restrict my rights without going the full bore. I demand equal protection under the law, thus if Joe Blow is able to keep his AR-15, I have the right to purchase one if I so desire.
Sometimes the individual's rights must be restricted to protect society and/or the individual. We shouldn't allow young children, people with serious mental problems, those with a history suicide attempts, and convicted felons with a history of violent crimes to purchase guns.

They already can't buy firearms if they've been adjudicated as being mentally unable to deal with the responsibilities of owning a gun. What you want to do is restrict people before they've had due process based on what they might possibly could maybe someday do.

That's just what the NRA preaches. I hope you are an NRA member as they support what you said.

What is the danger in having A. background checks, B. psychological examinations, and/or C. a limitation or ban on military-grade, semi-automatic machine guns that nobody NEEDS

A: Criminals don't comply with background checks and crazies can easily slip through.

B: Any psychological examination would be designed to deny Alpha Males guns (the type of men that would actually use them to restore the Rule of the Law, while the submissive Beta males hide in sewer).

C: The mass genocide of the 19th, 20th and 21st Centuries suggest that the general population needs modern weaponry far more than they ever needed it in the entire past of all of human history.

Tsk, tiresome, stupid argument.

Really?

No, he hadn't slept in over 24 hours. That's why it happened.

No. But I bet he is kicking himself in the ass for hitting a famous person.

As it is already illegal for children, felons and those adjudicated mentally infirm to buy guns, I don't understand why you posted what you did.

They can only be restricted under strict guidelines, and the restrictions must be based on an action, and on an individual basis. What gun controllers are trying to do is place blanket restrictions under loose guidelines, in a hopeless attempt to dissuade gun ownership by law abiding citizens. By making it harder for people to get guns, but in reality they only make it harder for people who would never use their gun illegally in the first place.
