Democrats had their redistricting so that the minority's were favored over that majority. Their voting laws made it easy for minority's to vote several times in different voting districts. It also allowed for illegals to vote by not having ID's. This is why they want illegals to have ID's now, so that they can vote.

Need to put banks in charge of counting votes. They can keep a register of voters, check ID and make the tally
