But the difference between a United States and Japan is that evil and sick people don't have the abilty to slaughter dozens of people easily. I'm sure there are as many sick and evil people in the Land of the Rising Sun as there are in the Land of the Free. But the evil and sick people in Japan can't walk into a gun store and buy a military grade rifle and a 100 round drum magazine.
