Everything you pointed out isn't illegal.They have Cohen, Pecker and Weisselberg, and their testimony. Pecker and Weisselberg both have immunity agreements which compel them to testify truthfully. Pecker signed an Agreement at the time of Cohen's trial
They have the cancelled cheques, the Non-Disclosures agreements with the people being paid for their silence, and taped telephone calls between Cohen and Trump. The have the shell corporations. The have the falsified tax returns.
