Is liking mama's milk a choice? We are born that way, but our tastes change as we grow up and acquire new tastes.

Heterosexuality would appear to be the 'default' and people can and do develop other preferences later in their life.

When did you choose to like vanilla ice cream? It was something you tried and maybe liked or did not. I know Hindus who have tried to eat meat and some liked it and some did not. Most of those who said they liked it never ate it again, some did.

It is all a choice at various points in time that build to a habitual form of behavior and preference.

Heterosexuality doesn't have to be a choice for homosexuality to be one, any more than any other natural inclination must be a choice for acting against that inclination to be a choice.

As for God's will, I hate to break it to you, but that IS what the Bible exists for. Granted, it's not always easy to know His will, but He certainly has never intended for it to be completely unknowable. What would be the point of that?
