THE SCOTUS has no relevance to this issue. They ruled that the Government can tax the people and that Obamacare is a tax.

This is not a tax issue, but one of funding.

The HOUSE is not going to work with the SENATE on this. They have been told by their constituents that they are to minimize the damage to this country that is Obamacare. They have voted to keep the government fully funded and working.

What more is required of them? They are under no obligation to fund laws that harmful to the majority of American citizens.

Altering the timetable for implementation of a law is not illegal. Let someone challenge that action in the courts if they think otherwise,
