IMPEACH HIM!!! Biden has a 'callous indifference' when it comes to Afghan people:

Bad Orange Man had 3,500 troops there, no casualties and no Taliban overrunning the nation.

Your guy should be tried for treason by a military tribunal

The Trump administration in February 2020 negotiated a withdrawal agreement with the Taliban that excluded the Afghan government, freed 5,000 imprisoned Taliban soldiers and set a date certain of May 1, 2021, for the final withdrawal.

And the Trump administration kept to the pact, reducing U.S. troop levels from about 13,000 to 2,500, even though the Taliban continued to attack Afghan government forces and welcomed al-Qaeda terrorists into the Taliban leadership.

When in the last 45 years did you become sympathetic towards the Afghani people?

Are you going to welcome 70,000 who helped the US?
We did it with the Vietnamese....you heartless scandal!.... Bet you enjoy seeing a million Covid invaders coming here, have done nothing to help us BUT WANT EVERYTHING MOST OF US WORKED HARD FOR!... Always a leftist asshole in the bunch, probably more than this puke

What are you talking about?

Afghanistan is NOT the fault of the US military. It was just a huge foreign policy blunder from the beginning.

hadit
Makes sense. Why take a chance on US troops in numbers coming back to fight. Just let the Americans go. That way they get Afghanistan without a major battle.

I couldn't care less about the Afghan people. I do care about the thousands of Americans stuck in Taliban occupied Afghanistan.

Biden made a mess of that. He yanked the program Trump set for just that set of circumstances.

Mans a blithering idiot and incompetent as hell.

Trump is all over the news bragging that they couldn't stop his deal with the Taliban.

Trump on Afghanistan: 'I Started the Process'

2 days ago · Started the process, all the troops are coming back home. They couldn't stop the press. 21 years is enough. Don't we think? Twenty-one years. They couldn't stop the process. They wanted to but it was very tough to stop the process when other things are out. Yeah, thank you. Thank you. It's a shame. 21 years by a government that wouldn't last.

So it's Trump's fault?
Biden has no say-so about anything?

Well the truth is Biden did have some pull.....and he scrapped Trump's evacuation plan. He abandoned the airport in Bagram on July 2nd.

It's as if Biden is acting the fall-guy for this debacle and his handlers....who hate America with every fiber of their being are trying to discredit this country with this botched withdrawal.

They didn't care about Iraqi Christians either. There were 50 churches in Baghdad before Dubya's invasion.
Neither the Democrats or Republicans care about people, only power.

Trump proved it, and Biden proved it.

You can always tell who is guilty when their defense is, "the other side did it to!"

It is rather hilarious that the right wing kooks are now singing the praises of the Afghan people. Their blob left the Iraqi nationals in the lurch (and even deported soldiers who fought over there)...and nary a peep.
what ? wow you are full of it ! do you recall Isis controlling large swaths of the middle east including Iraq before Trump took office ! Trumps policy and approach to that problem decimated Isis ! your guy cant even handle a withdrawal of 2500 Troops without a major crisis ! the man you ignorantly voted for will be stepping down from office pretty soon ! Biden and the squad have done more to damage the lefts agenda than any republican ever could ! you have about 14 months to ignorantly and childishly gloat before republicans sweep both houses of congress and Kamala will not win in 2024 ! as a matter of fact Trump and DeSantis have a strong chance of being in the WH in 2024 !

Fault? He is responsible for the reduction of troops. He alone is not responsible for the failure of the Nation Building effort and the expensive building of the Afghan's Paper Army.

Joe is responsible for not re-arming and increasing troop levels just in case the Afghan Army were to surrender to the Taliban before we could exit.

Trump isn't in office, Biden delayed the final withdrawal and still couldn't get it right. I applaud us forgetting out of there however, either Biden's plan was flawed or his execution of the plan was the issue.

ISIS was being decimated by the coalition when Trump took office.

Obama handed Trump a win.

Trump handed Biden a loss.

The reduction of troops was not really a problem. They, along with the Afghan security forces were holding the Taliban at bay. When they left, the Afghan's lost their will to fight. The simple solution was to just leave 2500 troops there for the time being. We have many more troops all over the world in less strategic and critical locations. Trump would have done that as he changed course in the Syrian withdraw when he saw that ISIS was likely to take hold if we left. Biden either didn't have the foresight to see what was going to happen despite being told by the military or he is compromised and beholden to a foreign power, which is my guess.
