Damn right I would, so why don't you do the same for once and wait to make sure.

A. I didn't create the half dozen links in the OP releasing the story and

B. If this was released about Ted Cruz or John Kasich, the MSNBC dialogue for the next 8 weeks would LIGHT UP fire engine red and do nothing but talk about it. I could see CNN doing an "airplane crash" amount of coverage on it. But for some strange reason they're protective of Donald Trump. It's almost like they want him to get the nomination...

Can you imagine the Rachael Maddow Show if this complaint was filed against John Kasich? She would at the very least vocally and openly prosecute-while-investigating on her show, as is her style. At least I'd like to see her show do it's homework and report back. But I'm not holding my breath. Now if this complaint was filed against a republican governor...well then...you'd hear quite a lot about it...lol..

Since a case was actually filed and bears the initials of a clerk in Riverside County, CA, we have to assume that the claimant 1. exists and 2. is hard to find because she says in her complaint that Trump made threats to harm her and her family if she ever told anyone.

It says that Epstein tried to sodomize her and became enraged upon learning Trump had taken her virginity. The lawsuit says that Johnson was told she and her family would face "certain death" if details of the incidents were revealed. If the accusation were true the D.A. would be up Trump ass quicker than shit, but you will argue otherwise.

For California law to apply the act would have to have been committed in California. Trump has not spent a lot of time in California. He has been to his golf course on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. That's not in the jurisdiction of the federal court of Riverside. There is no federal cause of action for rape or assault unless it happened on Federal property. This whole thing stinks so bad, it looks like kids had a boring afternoon.

This smell almost like something like Gloria Allred would do... I remember when Allred had that maid and claimed the maid was going to be the next Rosa Parks, and where is that maid now?

The reality is there are people that will go to any lengths to stop Trump and I believe the case is a hoax, but it will not stop the OP'er and even if Trump is cleared of charges the OP'er will claim that he bought the woman off.

What is really sad is I am defending Trump and I am one of those that would never vote for him!

Yeah, this isn't about who the candidate is to me, it's more about our politics and our culture.

No it's not. The link is to something that purports to be a filed complaint. The only real filed complaint is in the court files. I could phony up a complaint showing Donald Trump suing you and that was before the days of photoshop. I could do it with white out and a photocopier.

Well then Trump should be delighted. We'll ask Tyrone and all the British and American papers who leaked the "fake complaint" and get to the bottom of it.

I am as curious as anyone to thoroughly investigate this complaint and see if it's real or a fake.

I believe the underaged sex party arranged by the witness/madam named in the suit, happened in the plaintiff's home state/county/town in California. I think it was filed in a federal court because of civil rights violations where the plaintiff alleges Trump held her and her friend (witness #2) temporarily hostage as sex slaves (minors ages 12-13). So the allegations cross over into federal law?

Now I'm not saying there's a connection at all here. And apparently the crimes did occur in New York according to more articles I was reading. But I actually know a woman in her 50s who serviced some very high-profile movie stars, producers and high-rollers (I know a couple of the names and won't post them here) at one of these sex parties in Manhattan when she too was about 12 or 13 years old. She was a runaway and also was promised "connections" if she provided these services to creepy dudes with money. Of course those connections never materialized and when she became too old, got the boot for fresher meat.

So these types of parties did for a fact happen. This gal told me this some almost 30 years ago now, so this isn't a convenient story told recently that matches. She said these types of underaged prostitutional rings were quite common. And they probably still are. Men with money know about them.

If you read the article, the rapes were alleged to have taken place in New York which would preclude the filing of anything in any California. The woman, name given as Katie Johnson, has no lawyer. No lawyer, no address, no history. The complaint has never been served. It would be dismissed in 15 minutes for failure to state a cause of action in federal court.

No one has picked this story up. It's being ignored. Even the most anti Trump network isn't touching this stinky pile.
