Umm..actually you are incorrect. It is about Kavanaugh. Think about it for a second. If Kavanaugh is nominated for SCOTUS before the midterms, it could spell trouble for the Demcrats. Because, they have cases pending that could be overturned by Kavanaugh.

Why else would you carefully explain why these delays are occurring? The Ford-Kavanaugh was just Act II of their endless "media circus" to get to the midterms. And that is why Jeff Flake is pushing at the last minute for another investigation (when there was already been six by the FBI). It's his last term. So the Democrats got to him Friday before the vote.

Don't use Trump as your callous excuse...it isn't going to work.

as most Dems and I believe most Dems in the Senate have already made up their minds before this drinking and allegations of sexual assaults came out.
