Deny them, or rather a lack of follow through accountability that comes from Democrats simply throw money at the problem and looking the other way? Are those government benefits being used properly, through responsible parents that are meeting the needs of their children? Do we find drug addicts within the inner city, having kids they don't properly care for? Yet the system allows those who have more children to simply be given more benefits, with the "HOPES" that those children are given the proper care they need. Yet it's more important that they simply be given public housing, while looking away from those crimes and drug use that occurs? However, because of the need to promote incentives behind those government resources that ENCOURAGES and actually demonstrates the need to seek education and training programs,. Republicans are the ones at fault for simply denying to a child. A need that was decided upon by the parents or the mother, because no one on the left wants to face those addictions that is found among those in poverty and the lack of responsibility that's given to children under their care. As we see yet again... just throwing money at the problem hasn't shown to have provided any improvements among those who have grown numb, complacent as well as even more dependent on government funding.
