3 out of 4 black families lack two parent homes. Those three bring down the one. White families currently have majority of structured families. That majority lifts the minority. This all transcends money. Mostly poverty is a result of lack of family structure more than the cause.
Black families were 80% structured before civil rights so this can't be blamed on racism or slavery legacy. This is the doing of democrat socialist and welfare policies. The lax sense of responsibility led to this family decay. The family breakdown leads to the crime.

No, we don't agree to any such thing. No one has excluded other neighborhoods by race with comparative factors of poverty and deteriorating infrastructure and few jobs.
There are parts of white Houston I never went into without being armed and with two or three similarly armed friends.

Blacks keep themselves down by depleting structured families and continuing to segregate themselves at the behest and encouragement of the democrat party.

D.C. also has the countrys strictest gun control, highest police costs per capita, highest ration of police and correctional officers per citizen, and highest rate of incarceration. Its permanent population is over 80% Black. West Virginia, which has the nations lowest crime rate, suffers from chronic poverty and has the highest unemployment in the U.S. It also has the fewest police per capita.
