Mueller explicitly says he can't clear Trump of obstruction of justice

'Special counsel Robert Mueller explicitly stated in his Russia investigation report that he and his team had not cleared President Donald Trump of accusations of obstruction of justice.

"If we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state," the report read. "However, we are unable to reach that judgment. The evidence we obtained about the president's actions and intent presents difficult issues that prevent us from conclusively determining that no criminal conduct occurred."'

Mueller explicitly says he can't clear Trump of obstruction of justice

If Trump and his Trumpbots think the Mueller report cleared the former of obstruction of justice?

They are 100% wrong.

But what justice did he obstruct? Was there any Trump-Russia collusion? No. Was there any other crime? No. So.... you need to provide for me, what crime he was obstructing from justice.
Mueller doesn't want to testify because he doesn't want to answer the question of "When did you realize that there was no collusion?" because the answer is two years ago.

And that is because of the follow up question: "Why did you leave the presidency under a cloud for two years when there was open speculation that the President of the United States was a Kremlin Agent?" and the answer to that is that he hoped the President would commit a process crime he could be charged with. Failing in that, he has suddenly turned into an oracle with Delphic utterances we are supposed to decipher.

Bottom line? Today he pushed Congress to impeach Trump for Obstruction.

So we will see what Congress does.

While Trump is certainly the center of your universe, he was not the center of the Mueller investigation. Mueller did a lot of work finding out exactly what the Russians did and how they did it, and he string up a few scumbags along the way.

Great. So Trump had nothing to do with it, and this is just a politically motivated hit job.

See if Mueller had simply been investigating Russia's interference, then I would have any problem with it. In fact, that was Trump's whole problem to begin with. He just wanted them to say, that he wasn't the target of the investigation, and they refused, which is why he fired Comey.

Everyone knows Russia has worked to destabilize various countries. I'd be more shocked if Russia wasn't messing around. That would be the story of the decade "Russia leaves everyone alone!".

But the bottom line is, Trump did not, and never did, have any connection with Russia. There is zero evidence. Which leads you to believe that with no evidence whatsoever connecting Trump with Russia, why did they keep focusing so much on Trump?

Because this whole thing was a hit job. It's that simple.

And we can tell this whole thing is a hit job, because now that the Mueller report has been out, has been gone over by hundreds of people with a fine-tooth comb, and found nothing..... they still are not letting go of this, and are trying to find any possible reason to keep investigating.

There is nothing here. Nothing to see. And they are still pushing for any possible reason to investigate. There is no clearer indication that this is nothing more than a hit job.

It is somewhat difficult to feel at ease in a republic wherein federal prosecutors feel comfortable pronouncing sentences of not not guilty.

The trump team expected to benefit from the illegal actions of Russians, as laid out in the report. No call to the FBI.

And there is who is running the country -- well, not really, they are hardly governing at all. And, well, maybe we should be thankful for that.
"He expected to benefit" is not a crime, you fucking moron. It's not even evidence of a crime. It's like saying he expected to see the sun rise in the East.

It takes a special kind of stupid not to know that in America you are innocent until proven guilty
* in a court of law, regarding penalties from the government

In a political impeachment process and in the court of public opinion? The standard of proof is not so stringent.
Impeachment is not a legal process, moron. It's a political process, which means it's inherently sleazy and dishonest. Any relationship to justice is purely accidental. One could say that about the Democrat party as well.

I'm explicitly stating that that wasn't his job, nor is that ever the job of any prosecutor. And he knows that perfectly well. He also knows perfectly well that most Americans, and leftists in particular, are legal morons who have no idea how the system works or what the job of a prosecutor is.

What is...?

The rest of his mandate was to investigate contacts and coordination by people in and around the trump campaign and russians. And he found that IN SPADES.

What about this do you not get?

Yes. And Dirty Bob wants Congress to impeach Trump because he knows he doesn't have the evidence to support a criminal indictment.

He found nothing, shit for brains. He said so in his report.

Do you fucking retards actually expect people to swallow your lies?

THEY spend a lot of time swallowing; I guess they think everyone should.

That's right. I went there.

Well, no one has that responsibility so he shouldn't worry about it. It is NEVER required to prove someone innocent. There is zero evidence of wrong doing. Case closed. Move on.
