But a lot weren't able to keep their plans as promised by President Obama, or their doctors either. And the cost of plans has gone up, although that is said to be temporary, but we don't really know for sure how this will turn out. It's a monster bill.

He is saying as he always said that millions of policies were indeed CANCELLED because of the ACA, fact is they HAD to be cancelled because of the ACA.
