No. Just the fact that they're even willing to "go there" is absolute bullshit. They have no right to simply deem someone "guilty of insurrection" without any due process (a charge, a fair trial, a conviction/acquittal, etc)........Calm down. It was a narrowly found decision in one state and will be overturned by the SCOTUS
There was a hearing, there was due process and there is clearly jurisdiction since we are speaking of ballot access for a single state.
