During the Pearl Harbor attacks, there were instances of Japanese planes- which were already hit and going to crash- deliberately crashing or attempting to crash their planes into American forces.

But these were not 'suicide bombers'- every single one of those pilots had taken off from it's carrier with a full fuel load to return to the carrier. They were no more 'suicide bombers' than the American pilots that did the same thing during the war.
