One quarter of voters dislike both candidates.

I’m part of the twenty-five percent. I have no interest in either of these candidates. I will write in my own name on the ballot in November.

The chances of me changing my mind on that are extremely low.
I was a Trump supporter until he put up that stupid tariff plan to replace income taxes.
So I'm probably not voting unless Trump puts up better policies, instead of him just cutting his taxes.

And the repubs have any viable option? Those would be Romney or Hogan, but the MAGA's have taken the repubs down some fucked up hole they can never escape from to nominate any real type of leader.
Nikki Haley beat Biden by 17-points, and they preferred Trump?!

It would be great if they would actually vote and not for either of the two main candidates.

Sadly many will likely just stay home. I don't think Kennedy can get people excited. Manchin at one point maybe could have but he also has the age issue to drag him down.

A quarter of Americans hold unfavorable views of both President Biden and former President Trump — the highest share of "double haters" at this stage in any of the last 10 elections, according to new Pew Research data.

This is the result of a system that needs to be changed before it's too late.

We can't continue a political/electoral system that incentivizes and rewards the worst impulses of its participants. It's doomed to fail. And it is. Right in front of us.

Get money out of politics, create strict term limits and implement ranked choice voting. Or we can just continue to bend over and take it. That's it.

Why is that?...The taxes are going to be collected, one way or the other.....A least with with tariffs you don't have to be an unpaid bookkeeper and archivist for the gubmint, and won't get an IRS agent shoving a microscope up your ass in an audit.

Tradeoffs gonna tradeoff.

As an Isolationist, I liked the general idea behind that plan. Punish people for buying foreign goods. Punish companies for exporting American goods.

The details concerned me.

1. If imports get too expensive people won't buy them. The US economy depends upon sales of goods. If people don't buy expensive imported goods taxes are not collected. The deficit explodes, The dollar collapses, and billionaires don't pay any income tax.

2. I pay my taxes and don't get audited. Hunter didn't pay taxes and got off. Fuck that.

3. Both parties spend too much, and protect the wealthy. Trump's budget was $4T, Biden's GOP approved budget is $7.3T. WTF

Exactly, work tariffs to get more revenue to balance the budget.

Ending income tax is the recipe for disaster.

Hunter is still facing a trial over the tax issue.

“One quarter of voters dislike both candidates.”

And they have only themselves to blame.

The ignorance and capricious stupidity of such voters drives away qualified candidates; indeed, given the idiocy of those voters, it’s no wonder qualified candidates avoid running for president, given the moronic nonsense candidates and their families are forced to endure.

Reads like the political version of blaming a female over what she wore.

Lol

If, if, if, if....Platutides and truisms aren't any arguments....Spending causes deficits, not lack of taxation.

Billionaires already don't pay much in income taxes; those are primarily on wages, salaries, and tips.

That's a zombie lie. Total horseshit. And I wanted Bernie to win.

And if you are complaining about the DNC influencing the nomination... wake up my man, its literally their only job.
Lol! It’s their job to influence the nomination???…lmfao. No it’s not. If that were true, why have primary elections altogether? How dare the people have the right to select their candidate.

Did Progs say this in 2020? 2008? 2016? Only when they phuk enough does the two bad candidates come up. The fact is Progs did their globalist agendas and did it well with Joe. I have not even heard of their judges the last 4 years even when the Senate was 50/50. So, I suspect all of the judges were Prog Socialist Communist approve by the Senate.

100%. You didn't know that? They can even ask the delegates to nominate whoever finished last.

Yes, it's their one job: find suitable candidates and support them.

Looks like you learned something today.

Of course they were correct in 2016. Hillary had a chance of beating Trump. Bernie had no chance and will never win a national election.

It's be great if the US had Proportional Representation so there was PROPER CHOICE (we call it democracy) in the first place.
