Three murders in all of last year. There are 11 million illegals in the USA. If only three of them murdered Americans that's a much lower homicide rate than by natural born Americans.

That's the problem with Trump using these terror tactics. The statistics simply do not support the Trumpian view of the dangers illegals pose. Nancy Pelosi doesn't care about illegals murdering Americans because Trump is grossly exaggerating the problem for his own political gain.

Illegal immigrants commit fewer crimes of all categories, but especially fewer violent crimes, than natural born Americans. Donald Trump doesn't care about the 14,000 people who died of opiod poisoning while he obsessed about the Caravan. Trump doesn't care about the nearly 1000 residents of the City of Chigago who have been shot since he started obsessing about the Caravan.

Donald Trump doesn't care about the people in Houston who are waiting for Hurricane Harvey relief money. Or the people who died in "Pleasure" California. He cared so little, he didn't even bother to get the name of the town correct. Now he's cuttting off aid to California because he can't get funding for his wall.

No you would not. Why don't we have 1/10th of the drug problem the rest of the world has? If anything, we have ten times a larger drug problem.

Explained a different way: Let's say we have two areas. One is crime ridden and the other is a middle-class suburb. For the crime ridden area, you make a law against all firearms. For the middle-class suburb, you make a law that all residents have to own a gun.

After a couple of years, what you'd find is that neither area statistically changed. The crime ridden area will still have crime and murders, and the middle-class suburb won't have an increase in violence or gun murders.

Point being it's not the guns that are the problem, it's the people that are the problem. The US is the most diverse country in the world, and some of our groups are much more violent than others. So when you compare our country to predominantly white countries, of course you're going to get much different results. But it's not the guns--it's the people. Remove minorities from the US statistics, we are probably pretty close to other white countries when it comes to gun crimes and violence.
