The Russian army continues to advance and surround Ukrainian cities.
While heavy artillery methodically shells the besieged cities and the demoralized Ukrainian insurgents run out of food, water, and munitions.

Really---so why doesn't putin control any major cities then after weeks of fighting?

Even the media admits the Russians control about 90% of Mariupol and the capitol city of Kyiv is almost completely surrounded and artillery is continually shelling it.
