Should wife abusers be armed?

If they say no, then they're supporting gun control.

If they say yes, then they're once again waging war on women.

My guess is that they'll avoid this thread like the plague. :D

NRA members don't hold the market corner on bad behavior,no matter how much you wish it was true.

Now go find a list of people that are not NRA members that have had their guns taken because of domestic violence. You can't bring yourself to do it can you?

Should wives of wife abusers be armed?

I wondered how long before this totally ASSSSiine suggestion would be made.

How about the kids?

You wanna arm them too?

Maybe little Barbie-doll-pink rifles for the girls?

(Sorry syrenn. Leweman gets the DUMBEST POST AWARD. Better luck next time.)

Spouse abusers of either sex should not be allowed to have guns.

This is constitutional and end of story.

Anyone with a record in breaking the law (minus jay walking and parking tickets, etc) should never be allowed to own a firearm. But all they have to do is go to the local alley and buy one.

Should they be disarmed?

Well, the nutters would like to have the armed parents shooting it out over the kids' beds.

WACKO NUTTERS.

Oh yeah, and please do not put words in my mouth. You are free to post any post of mine where I said anyone should be "disarmed" but do not pretend to know something you do not.

Merely asking a question. So it is ok for the wife of a wife abuser to remain armed in your view?

Does it make one a "WACKO NUTTERS" to ask you a question?

Sad that you don't think an abused woman has a right to protect herself.......

but why does that not surprise me.

Why do you refer to your party affiliates as nutters? I mean they are and all, but to refer to them with such honesty seems harmful to your agenda.

The federal law as it stands now disqualifies all persons convicted of a felony and those who have been convicted of a misdemeanor offense involving spousal abuse. 18 USC 922

;)

The real issue here, comes down to Law Enforcement Personnel when the issue of domestic violence occurs. How is it dealt with at the Federal, State, City, and County Level? The Military? What are the common practices in addressing these real concerns? What works? What doesn't?

Should domestic abusers have the right to own a gun?

No.

Will they still be able to buy one? Depends................is there a gun show close by where they can get a gun without a background check?

Those are NRA officials not just members.

If they are NRA officials and no longer able to carry guns, why are they still NRA officials?
